Seeds of Success

A creative, hands-on workshop where teams plant both literal and mental seeds, connecting daily actions with long-term growth.
Through soil, paint pens, and reflection, participants explore how small, consistent actions shape results over time, nurturing both plants and mindset.

Ideal for: Wellbeing weeks, personal development, team building, strategy days, leadership programs
Length: 60 - 90 minutes (option to shorten to 60)
Group size: Up to 25 (enquire for larger groups)

What your team will do

  • Design your pot - decorate a terracotta pot using low-mess paint pens, choosing a word or phrase that represents your “seed of success.”
  • Plant for now - pot a hardy flowering seedling or succulent to take home as a living reminder that growth begins with care and patience.
  • Plan for later - choose a seed packet to take home and map one small daily action (a micro-habit) that supports your personal or professional growth.
  • Grow together - write your word or intention on a large paper “seed” and place it on the Seeds of Success Wall - a collaborative collage that symbolises the team’s collective growth and shared commitment to progress.
  • Create a check-in ritual - a 60-second “water your seed” practice (breath, gratitude, reflection) to reinforce momentum beyond the session.

You’ll leave with a personalised potted plant, a seed packet for continued growth and a visible team display. A reminder that today’s actions create tomorrow’s results.

Why it works

  • Immediate growth + future focus - the combination of a living plant now, a seed packet for later, and a shared wall creates multi-layered reinforcement of habit formation.

  • Mindset made visible - the word on the pot and the seed wall serve as daily cues to consistency and care.

  • Collective accountability - seeing everyone’s “seeds of success” builds connection and shared ownership of growth.

  • Small steps, big change - participants experience how micro-habits compound, much like steady watering leads to flourishing plants.

Outcomes you can expect

  • Renewed motivation and ownership of personal growth

  • Shared team language for consistency and follow-through

  • Stronger connection through collective reflection

  • A living reminder (plant + wall seed) that growth takes patience and care
