Discover how small actions lead to lasting growth. This reflective session uses seed planting as a metaphor for patience, renewal and self-care designed to help educators nurture themselves as they nurture others.
Terrarium: Resilience in a Jar
A calming, creative workshop where teachers build a living terrarium while exploring how growth and balance sustain wellbeing in and out of the classroom.
Guided Green Walks (coming soon)
A mindful outdoor experience that encourages observation, calm breathing, and presence in nature, perfect for wellbeing days or staff retreats.
